CHRISTIAN

The alpha of our echo. Multi-sport, multi-domain athlete and all around health focused. With over a decade of experience, previous certifications, and multiple podium finishes, he strives for integrating health, fitness, and performance into busy lives filled with careers, family, and community.

RACHEL

She just makes everything better. Process oriented and system driven, she juggles an executive career, mom-life, and projects while also prioritizing health. With nearly a decade of experience working in fast-paced, high-stress roles, she knows what it takes and the strategies needed to stay fit to meet the demands of life.
